Sunset Breeze
South Haven, Michigan
Sunset Breeze began as a complete first-floor renovation, rethinking the kitchen and living spaces, renovating two bathrooms, and adding a laundry room.
Later, we returned for Phase Two, carrying the joyful color palette of a Lake Michigan sunset upstairs and layering it into the bedrooms.
The result is a relaxed coastal retreat that’s equal parts beautiful and livable.

A vivid rug set the palette for this furniture-and-accessories refresh. Custom upholstery, including a generous sectional, patterned chair and oversized cocktail ottoman, brought comfort, color and personality to the open living space. Collected art, thoughtful accessories and a petite dining table completed a home that feels layered, useful and distinctly theirs
Frankie's Place
A focused, budget-conscious refresh gave this vacation rental a brighter, more welcoming identity. Fresh paint and shiplap detailing brought character to the fireplace, while comfortable ready-made furnishings made the room work harder for guests. An original photograph taken by the homeowner became oversized artwork—making the view, and the home, feel entirely its own.
